As Far As the Water Went

A flow field drawn as an act of irrigation. The drawing medium is a finite reservoir; each furrow spends from it, each pulse weaker than the last as head pressure falls. When the water hits zero the drawing stops, mid-furrow. A gauge reports how far it got.

How to view

Watch the field water itself until the reservoir empties. Re-open the gate for a fresh field — the reservoir will not get bigger.
